Your Right to Cancel
If you purchase goods online, you have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 calendar days of receiving your items, without providing a reason, except where exclusions apply under Irish and EU consumer law.
To exercise this right, you must notify us within the 14-day cancellation period. Once you have informed us, you have a further 14 days to return the goods.
Return Eligibility
Returned items should:

Items That Cannot Be Returned
Unless faulty or otherwise required by law, returns are not accepted for:

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty, damaged or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible.
Where goods are faulty or do not conform to the contract, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, price reduction or refund in accordance with Irish consumer protection legislation.
Refunds
Once a returned item has been received and inspected, refunds will be processed using the original payment method.
Where a customer has exercised their legal right to cancel, refunds will normally be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or evidence that they have been returned.
Original standard delivery charges will also be refunded where required by law. Any additional delivery costs resulting from selecting a premium delivery option are not refundable.
Return Shipping Costs
Unless the item is faulty, damaged or supplied in error, customers are responsible for the cost of returning goods.
Where an item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, reasonable return postage costs will be reimbursed or an alternative return method may be arranged.
Exchanges
Where stock is available, exchanges may be offered for eligible items. If an exchange is not possible, a refund will be issued where applicable.
Returning an Item
Items should be securely packaged to prevent damage during transit. We recommend using a tracked postal or courier service, as the customer remains responsible for the goods until they are received.
